I got in trouble In elementary school for coloring cows purple with orange dots. Ever since then, I have doodled throughout the day, filling pages with imaginative swirls and letters.
When my husband and sister passed away unexpectedly, I turned to art to help process the grief and discovered the healing power of creativity.
It is my passion to help others get unstuck using simple, creative tools and techniques.
In this course, you will learn how to use simple art tools and techniques to calm your mind and tap into your creative flow.
The three topics in this course are
- Healthy Homeostasis - Homeostasis is an internal feedback system that stabilizes and balances our body's chemistry, so that our organs work smoothly and efficiently with each other.
- Benefits of Art Meditation - Art can help us tap into a deeper and more quiet part of ourselves. We enter into a state of flow and present-moment awareness.
- How to Practice - Accelerate your learning by deconstructing complex skills, practicing the most important elements first, and removing barriers to deliberate practice.
