Hi, there! 👋
I’m Roxanne Glaser—also known as SuperDoodleGirl. I’m an artist, educator, and lifelong doodler who learned to create through seasons of deep grief. Daily doodling and a handful of 100-day projects taught me that the wonky lines, crooked shapes, and imperfect starts are exactly where healing, joy, and authentic style begin—and that perfect is wildly overrated.
My practice blends mindfulness, play, and simple tools so anyone can make something real—even on the hard days. For years I’ve taught creativity, lettering, and yoga at retreats, camps, and online, helping people soften perfectionism and build a kind, sustainable art habit.
In How to Make Ugly Art, I share the same prompts, practices, and mindset shifts I use myself: low-pressure exercises, gentle structure, and supportive guidance. You’ll leave with a repeatable toolkit—and the confidence to keep making beautifully “ugly,” honest art that feels like you.
