FAQs for SDG Online Classes
What’s your refund policy?
Because these are digital courses with instant access to content, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please read course descriptions carefully before enrolling.
For HYBRID programs, your enrollment also reserves a limited-space cohort seat, meaning your spot is held specifically for you and is no longer available to someone else. For that reason, refunds are not offered — even if the live sessions have not yet begun.
How long do I have access to the class?
You’ll have ongoing access for as long as the course is offered on Teachable. Many students love revisiting lessons to refresh their creative practice.
What’s the difference between HYBRID and DIY courses?
HYBRID Courses
These are premium, small-group learning experiences (typically 6–8 weeks) that include: ● Weekly live Zoom gatherings ● Content released in stages to support pacing ● A private space for sharing artwork, reflections, and encouragement
Seats are limited to keep the experience personal, supportive, and deeply connected.
DIY (On-Demand) Courses
Self-paced courses you can start anytime. You receive instant access to all lessons and can move through them at your own rhythm. These do not include live sessions or community discussion areas.
How do I get help if I have a question?
Each course includes an Ask Me Anything area where you can ask questions about lessons, supplies, or creative mindset. In addition, cohort hybrid courses include live Zoom sessions. I’m here to help you stay encouraged and confident.
How do I watch the classes?
Once you register, you’ll have instant access through Teachable. You can watch on: ● Any web browser (PC, Mac, tablet, phone) ● Teachable mobile app (iPhone + iPad)
Note: If your course includes commenting/discussion, please use Chrome or Safari in a browser. The Teachable app does not support commenting.
Can I download the class videos?
Videos are not downloadable as permanent files. However, you can download lessons inside the Teachable mobile app for offline viewing. These downloads stay inside the app and cannot be exported or shared.
What materials are included?
Most classes include printable handouts, along with supply demos and pen tests. You’re always welcome to adapt with what you already have.
Can I share my login?
No — each enrollment is for one student. Sharing course access is not permitted and may result in removal. Thank you for respecting the work and community.
Can I share what I create on social media?
Yes, please do. Tag @superdoodlegirl so I can celebrate your creativity and sometimes feature your work.
Can I sell the art I make?
These classes are designed for creative growth and learning. Please don’t sell direct replicas of class projects or present them as original designs — instead, use the techniques to develop your own voice.
Are captions available?
Yes. All classes include English captions. Some courses may offer additional subtitles; check the individual course page for details.
