Less explaining or processing.
More making. More returning.
In 2026, the focus is on returning to our work through simple, repeatable rituals — ways to come back to the page, the materials, and the work itself without needing the “right” energy or mood first.
You’ll still see my voice, my guidance, and my way of working — but the emphasis is on practices that are sustainable, flexible, and easy to re-enter, even after time away.
Inside Journal Pod, we often just call it The Pod.

What we’ll be working on in 2026

In 2026, Journal Pod will include project-based containers such as:

- Seasonal sketching and Show & Share
The goal is to learn by doing, without turning the experience into a class you have to keep up with.
2026 Schedule
24 live sessions total: 10 Project Days + 14 Open Studios
All sessions are recorded and posted inside the course within 24 hours. You don’t need to attend everything live — many members mix live sessions and recordings.

A Note About Joining
You don’t need to be “ready.”
You don’t need to attend every live session.
You don’t need to keep up.
The Pod is designed for returning — to your work, your materials, and yourself — again and again across the year.

Cohort Details & Payment Options
Journal Pod 2026 runs March–December.
You may join the cohort by:
- paying monthly, or
- paying in full.
$49/month
$440 pay-in-full (best value)
This cohort is intentionally capped at 30–35 participants to keep the group supportive and manageable.
Access & recordings
If you choose the monthly option, you’ll have access to Journal Pod content while actively enrolled.
If you stop monthly payments:
- Access ends at the close of your billing cycle.
Participants who remain enrolled for the full March–December Journal Pod 2026 cohort receive lifetime access to the content created within The Pod 2026.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I join if I can’t attend live every month?
Yes. Many participants move in and out of live sessions depending on their season. All sessions are recorded.
Is this for beginners?
Yes. No prior experience required.
Is Journal Pod a course or a membership?
Journal Pod is a 10-month creative cohort with guided tutorials, project days, and open studio time.
It isn’t a drop-in program or a self-paced course library.
How does enrollment and rejoining work?
Enrollment opens first to active and returning participants each year.
If you step away during the year, you’re welcome to rejoin during the next annual enrollment, space permitting.
What is the pricing?
Journal Pod 2026 pricing is $440 pay-in-full or 10 payments of $49.
Both options include the full March–December cohort experience.
What is the refund policy?
Because Journal Pod includes immediate access to digital materials and recordings, no refunds are offered. Please review the schedule and commitment before registering.
